Business Flight Reservations
Our computerised system – Galileo worldwide fare, provides instant availability details and confirmation of all scheduled airlines. The system also works out and guarantees the very cheapest published fare for a requested routing. Additionally, we have access to all the non-published, consolidated airfares in the marketplace. Therefore we can almost always offer you a cheaper option than the published fare, whilst pointing out any restrictions which may apply. Corporate Passenger Information We provide information on check-in times, type of aircraft, in-flight catering and seat assignment for every itinerary, whether it be a domestic flight to Scotland or a complex multi-sector Round-the-World schedule. Corporate Passenger Profiles We supply our customers with Passenger Profile Forms, which when completed and returned are input into our reservation system to ensure all relevant details such as Frequent Flyer numbers, airline, travel class and seating preferences, are entered into every reservation made on their behalf.
Route/Network Deals
As a matter of course we would monitor patterns of travel and if possible would instigate deals with specific carriers. We would handle the administration of such deals and provide regular updates and savings reports. Worldwide Hotel Reservations We offer hotel reservations worldwide with instant availability status and confirmation. Our membership of ATOL gives us access to the lowest corporate rates at most major hotel chains including Sheraton, Langham Hilton, Hyatt and Intercontinental. Related Corporate Travel Services Car hire, Insurance, Passport, Visa and Health Advice. Reservation Confirmation All reservations are confirmed by fax or email. The itineraries show all flight numbers, aircraft types, air fares and seat arrangements.
Business Travel Documents Delivery
For bookings made before 1700 we send all urgently needed tickets and documents by Royal Mail Special Delivery to guarantee arrival by 1300 the following day. Clients within 20 mile radius of our offices benefit from the delivery of all documents to their office by our in-house courier. Business Travel Management Reports We can provide monthly reports, showing passenger names, routings, carriers used and fares paid. Financial Arrangements for Corporate Travel Accounts Payment for travel services can be made by invoice or credit/debit card. Our standard Trading Terms apply.
