Proton / Lotus Dealership Re-Launches
Proton / Lotus dealerships around the country are currently in the process of relocating to larger premises or renovating existing sites in anticipation of the increased volumes of sales expected over the next few years.

We were appointed by Proton / Lotus (GB) to provide dealers with various levels of re-launch packages that would fit with different dealership budgets – a one stop shop for dealers that was officially approved by Proton / Lotus (GB). A central theme was required, to unite all such events. The theme chosen was “Come and break the ice,” and our service began with the invitation process. There were personalised invitations for each invited guest with the option of on line registration or registration by telephone. Our call centre followed up to make sure all guests were attending and the highlights on site were:

    • Sculptured ice pieces containing various Proton / Lotus car parts on purpose built, up lit        plinths.
    • An ice bar where cocktail waiters served exotic drinks provided further refreshment.
    • A Proton / Lotus area in the showroom showing various award winning pieces of footage in        purpose building casing.
    • A Lotus car with a purpose built audiovisual display backdrop and graphic plinths with facts        and figures about the Proton / Lotus.
    • Entertainment throughout the evening (this varies from dealership to dealership).
