Komodo Archipelago Voyage

Set off towards the east to the Komodo National Park. Depart from your Ubud hotel and be conveyed to Denpasar airport for your flight to Labuan Bajo. Upon landing, proceed straight to the dock to embark on the MV KETI. As you commence your journey through the Komodo National Park towards Rinca Island, recline and take in the evolving vistas. Step ashore on Rinca Island, the domain of the formidable Komodo dragon and a variety of fauna such as deer, horses, buffalo, pigs, and megapodes. Navigate the jungle trails and you might glimpse additional dragons camouflaged among the foliage. Although the Rinca dragons are marginally smaller than their Komodo counterparts, they are equally impressive. After the trek, return to your vessel to enjoy a lunch served onboard as you navigate towards Komodo Island. Savor dinner and evening cocktails while watching the sunset, then retire to your cabin for the night.

Komodo Island

Commence your day with breakfast, then step ashore on Komodo Island for a 2km journey to Banunggulung, once a frequented feeding ground and now a prime spot for observing Komodo dragons in the wild. The island boasts a population of approximately 2,000 dragons, along with a rich variety of wildlife including wild boar, deer, and buffalo. Birding aficionados will appreciate the island for its cockatoos and gosong birds. After your trek, reboard the boat for lunch as you set sail for Pantai Merah (Pink Beach), so named for the red coral fragments that tint the sand a soft pink with the ebb and flow of the tides. Take a plunge and snorkel in the crystalline waters, home to a spectacular spectrum of marine life such as parrot fish, clown fish, and with some luck, other marine creatures like turtles. Enjoy ample time for aquatic exploration, beach relaxation, and then spend a tranquil night aboard the boat.

Bali

Post-breakfast, depart from Labuan Bajo and, schedule allowing, embark on a brief excursion to Batu Cermin Cave. Known as Mirror Rock, the cave derives its name from the sunlight reflecting off its walls, creating a dazzling visual effect. This phenomenon is best observed when the sun is at its peak from 9am to 10am. Afterwards, proceed to the airport for your return flight to Bali.

Once you land in Bali, you will be greeted at the airport and escorted to the Sanur Beach vicinity. Here, you will settle into your seaside lodging. Take the time to relax, rejuvenate, and savor the local nightlife and dining options.
