Our Grand Tour of Peru allows you to visit the highlights of Peru at a leisurely pace. The trip starts with a flight over the incredible Nazca Lines which is the only real way to appreciate these mysterious lines. Head south to Arequipa and admire the stunning scenery of the Colca Canyon. After spotting condors soaring above the thermals, you’ll continue onto Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world. Next, you’ll journey onwards to Cusco, the former Inca capital and explore the colourful market towns of the Sacred Valley before reaching Machu Picchu, the lost city of the Incas. The trip finishes up with 3 nights in the Amazon Rainforest.

Day1 – Arrival into Lima

Upon arrival, on the first day of your trip to Peru, you will be welcomed by our personnel at Lima airport and transferred to the selected hotel. After check in you will have a briefing in which you will be handed your “Travel kit” which includes all your travel documents such as itinerary, flight, train and bus tickets, and hotel information.

Day2 – at leisure

At coordinated time, you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to Arequipa. Reception at the airport and transfer to hotel. The afternoon is free to acclimatize or walk by the surroundings of the hotel, go to the Main Square.

Day4 – ourney Arequipa – Colca (Group Tour – 5 hours)

Today, you will start off with breakfast, and after that you will have a great journey to one of the deepest Canyons in the world – “The Colca Canyon.” The tour begins leaving the “White City” of Arequipa, crossing the snowcapped Misti, Chachani and the Ampato Volcanoes, to arrive at the Colca Canyon. Here, you will find the famous and majestic Andean Condor, and where elegant Vicuñas wander the high plains, passing through the villages of Torja, Chucura, Patapampa, with its colonial churches and Inca Farming Terraces. In the afternoon, you can either visit the village of Chivay or enjoy the thermo-medicinal baths of the hotel. Afterwards, you will be transferred to your hotel, where you will spend the night.

Day6 – Cruz del Condor (Group Tour – 4 hours) Journey Colca – Puno (Group Tour – 6 hours)

Early in the morning departure to the “Condor’s Cross” from where the great Andean bird, the Condor, may be spotted flying in circles above still farmed green pre-Hispanic terraces. Enjoy the impressive panorama of the Colca Canyon, one of the deepest in the World (3,180 m). On the way, visit to the Mirador of Wayrapunko, Antahuilque, Choquetico, where we will find the famous Hanging Tombs. At the Town of Yanque, visit its beautiful church and its characteristic cobbled stone streets among other attractions, after return for the town Maca and arrive to Chivay. In the afternoon, you will depart to Puno, passing by Lagunillas, where you will see the typical flora of the area, wild birds, sheep, vicuña and llama, with the ever-impressive Andean Mountains Range. Afterwards, you will arrive at your hotel in Puno, where you will spend the night.
