During your three-night stay you will have the chance to try out a wide range of activities. There’s over 40 miles of hiking trails throughout the 193-square-mile estate with plenty of rest areas. You can also head out on a fishing trip or on a buggy tour, during which you can visit parts of the region that are inaccessible by car.

As the lodge is set on the shores of Sacacomie Lake, there are plenty of opportunities to get out on the water, whether by canoe, kayak or pedal boat. You can even experience the region’s landscapes as the 17th- and 18th-Century fur traders did during a rabaska canoe excursion. On warmer days, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the cool waters of the lake or just relax on the private beach.

One of the highlight activities is the ‘bears and beavers observation tour’. Three hours prior to sunset you will head out into the wilderness with a professional guide to see beavers in their natural habitat. You’ll continue on to a cabin from which you may have the chance to see black bears foraging. Other activities include scenic floatplane trips and viewing of the night sky with an astronomer.
