A charming lodge with friendly service close to the Tadoba Tiger Reserve.
A small, yet perfectly formed lodge on the very edge of Tadoba National Park, Svasara is a welcoming retreat to return to following your time tracking tigers and other wildlife species. The Kolara park gate is just 300 metres away allowing for short transfer times to your awaiting jeep (and a slightly later wake up call for those early morning game drives!). Back at the lodge, in between game drives and activities you can relax by the pool or with a spa treatment or head to the library and learn a little more about the local flora and fauna. The days come to an end each evening as you enjoy an authentic al fresco dinner full of regional flavours and organic produce grown on site, and an open-air showing of a Tadoba documentary at the Teak House. A bonfire is often lit and you can share sightings and stories with your fellow guests.
The suites are simply-designed, feature local furnishings and art work, and are a very comfortable retreat following days of exploration. Each has a terrace and either a kingsize bed or twin beds as well as all the modern amenities you would expect.
