Fine dining comes as standard here. The Restaurant, with its international à la carte menu, has superb sea views. After dark, opt for a table outside on the terrace to take in the hotel’s illuminated grounds. The intimate Zaafran opens for dinner, where traditional Indian dishes are cooked in an authentic tandoor oven and served with a contemporary twist. With sea views, The Pergola is a wonderful poolside spot for a light lunch or daytime cocktail. Of course there’s also the option to dine on your suite’s private open-air terrace. The hotel’s ‘touching senses’ programme is free for all guests. Depending on the time of year, activities can include cooking classes, yoga and movie nights on the beach.

Spacious, elegant suites are set within walled courtyard gardens. All have a bedroom, a living room separated by Arabian-style arches, and a glass-walled bathroom with walk-in closet, shower and sunken marble bath. Choose between Deluxe Suites in the lush gardens and Superior Deluxe Suites that are closer to the beachfront or, for the indulgence of your own private swimming pool, opt for a Grand Suite.
