Atlantis The Palm has a whopping 23 restaurants, including Ossiano, a seafood restaurant looking straight into the aquarium! My favourite is the amazing French cuisine at La Brasserie. I’d then head to Nasimi Beach at the resort to order a tasty strawberry mojito, soak up the relaxed atmosphere created by live DJs and gaze over the Dubai skyline.
