There are three on-site restaurants including the sophisticated Tamarisk – an island favourite. Each day breakfast is served here, and at lunch and dinner, the focus is on a changing menu of ‘Atlantic Rim’ cuisine, which has been inspired by the islands and nations that line the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a romantic dinner by the infinity pool at Shutters, and watch as colourful sailboats pass you by on Mangrove Bay as bistro-style cuisine is served within a casual environment. Open-air restaurant, Breezes, overlooks Long Bay Beach and serves Caribbean cuisine within an al fresco setting.

The resort’s rooms, suites and cottages include the Harbour View Rooms which overlook Mangrove Bay and the refurbished Deluxe Ocean View Rooms. The Private Pool Ocean View Cottages have a small plunge pool on the terrace, while the Two Bedroom Garden View Cottages are ideal for families or groups.
