This magnificent building is a former residence of King Humberto II and has been restored into a superb facility. It’s a member of The Leading Hotels of the World and lies near the stylish town of Cascais, where nine miles of sandy beach are a haven for watersports enthusiasts. The interior of the hotel is elegantly decorated in keeping with its regal surroundings, and no expense has been spared in the construction, decoration or excellent facilities available. Spend long lazy days around the pool and find shade under a palm tree if things get too hot. A walk to the pretty marina to check out some fabulous boats breaks the day up nicely.

Enjoy buffet breakfast at the Navegantes Restaurant which has a range of patisserie, bakery and charcuterie products. La Terraza Restaurant serves cocktails, snacks and Mediterranean cuisine, while Belvedere Ristorante does traditional Italian dishes. Take a seat on the sea-facing terrace and soak up the panoramic views while sipping a chilled cocktail or crisp white wine.

The spacious rooms all have modern amenities. Standard Deluxe Rooms overlook the gardens and you can upgrade to a Grand Deluxe Garden View Room for extra space or a Standard Room with side sea or sea views. Garden View Suites are larger and have a separate seating area.
