Hotel Goldener Berg is located in the middle of the Lech skiing resort at the dramatic Alberg Massif mountain range. Situated between 1,450 and 2,800 metres above sea level, Ski Resort Alberg features 80 mountain lifts and cable cars, 260km of prepared pistes and more than 180km of pristine powder snow and off-piste slopes. The pistes and hiking paths start at the hotel’s doorstep and the meeting point for the skiing school is only 100 metres away from the hotel; the school employs experienced instructors and caters for everyone, from skiers looking to improve their technique to children looking to learn the basics. The hotel also features a fantastic children’s club with a range of both indoor and outdoor activities such as toboganning, snowtubing and torch hikes in the evening. Other leisure facilities include an indoor pool, a heated outdoor Jacuzzi and a serene spa with a range of relaxing treatments. Four different restaurants range from authentic Austrian cuisine at a gourmet venue to delicious steaks at a grill overlooking the mountains.
