A luxury choice close to three shopping malls

There’s also easy access to Boat Quay – a historic enclave in the middle of this modern city – and further shops, bars and restaurants at Clarke Quay, which is located on the north bank of the Singapore River.

At the hotel itself there’s a choice of superb restaurants and bars. A buffet breakfast is served daily at the main restaurant Edge, which is also open at lunch and dinner. Enjoy authentic North Indian dishes at Rang Mahal, award-winning Cantonese creations at Hai Tien Lo, and fine Japanese cuisine at Keyaki Japanese Restaurant which is set on the fourth floor and is surrounded by a beautiful Japanese garden. More casual venues include the Pacific Marketplace and the Poolside Bar where cocktails are served alongside light dishes.

The rooms and suites here reflect the modern style evident throughout the hotel. The Deluxe Rooms are a comfortable choice, and for a supplement you can upgrade to a Deluxe Room with a balcony. Rooms with city views are a popular choice in Singapore and the Pan Pacific’s Panoramic Rooms, which are located on the higher floors, definitely deliver in this respect. For more space there’s the City Suite, while for added extras such as a Champagne breakfast you should choose a Pacific Room, part of the hotel’s Pacific Club concept.
