Tuck into made-to-order pizzas, pastas, salads and tasty dishes hot off the grill at The Flying Fish. Dress to impress at the sophisticated Cerulean restaurant for fine dining and exquisite sea views. For a supplement, head to the Chef’s Table for a superb five-course menu paired with premium wines, in selected pop-up locations around the property. Satisfy sweet cravings with a homemade pastry, ice-cream or Bajan Cutter (filled roll) at the newly added De Rum Shop Café, which also offers rum tastings, ice-cold local Banks beer, fruity rum punch and rum-infused gourmet coffees. The beautifully renovated rooms and suites are all very spacious with a beach-chic style – picture grey wood, splashes of turquoise and colourful prints. Classic Collection rooms are set in three locations with different views. We recommend upgrading to one of the conveniently located Classic Poolside/Garden Rooms or one of the Classic Ocean View Rooms.
