A setting on a beach that regularly appears in top 10 lists of Europe’s best beaches is what really sets this modern hotel apart from the crowd. Add to that the proximity of one of southern Cyprus’ most family-friendly resort towns and you have a perfect location for a relaxing Mediterranean break. At the hotel you’ll find two large swimming pools as well as pretty gardens full of sun loungers. And you don’t even have to get up early to reserve your spot for the day – sun beds are assigned to you for the duration of your stay. If you want a change of scene from the pool, the waters that lap the Blue-Flag-awarded Fig Tree Bay are sheltered with a gently sloping sea bed – perfect for little ones to go paddling and swimming. Other facilities here include a wellness spa.

Each day begins with a sea view breakfast at eléa, the hotel’s main buffet restaurant. The restaurant is also open for a themed buffet dinner every now and again. Three further restaurants include Mama’s, where Mediterranean dishes are served at lunch and dinner, the Italian venue Cucina, and Koi, a unique restaurant where the dishes have a fusion of Asian and Mediterranean flavours. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars to be found in the heart of Protaras, just a short walk away from the hotel.

The rooms and suites are light-filled, modest and modern in style and each has a balcony or terrace. While Inlandview and Side Seaview Rooms are available, we highly recommend upgrading to one of the rooms with a full sea view. There are also Triple and Quad rooms for those travelling as a small group. The Deluxe Seaview Rooms are slightly more spacious and feature an Espresso coffee machine, and the Duplex Suites are set over two floors with a living room on the lower floor and a master bedroom on the upper floor. These suites feature not one but two outdoor spaces, with the lower floor terrace featuring a heated whirlpool tub and the upper floor balcony providing you with sea views.
